Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for all lanyard types is 50pcs. However, we recommend a minimum of 100pcs to get the most bang for your buck!
What Payment Methods do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your debit or credit card. Paypal accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMEX. PayPal is our preferred method of payment because it’s the safest and most reputable way to pay online.
You can also pay via check or money order. However, we cannot move to production until the funds have cleared.
Do you offer Discounts for Non-profit organizations, schools or a good cause?

What is a digital Proof?
A digital proof is simply a graphic preview of your lanyard. All digital proofs must be reviewed and approved before we can move on to production. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive your digital proof.
How soon will I receive my lanyards?
Production and shipping have a combined estimated time of 2 weeks. Many orders are received in 10 days or less.
Do you offer rush production & delivery options?
We offer rush production & delivery as an additional option during check out. Rush production & delivery have a combined estimated time of 3-5 days.
Where are you located?
Our corporate headquarters is located in the Big Apple, AKA New York City. All of our orders and customer service is handled from this location.
Where are your lanyards manufactured?
Our lanyards are produced both domestically and internationally. Most orders are produced internationally and are shipped via FedEx 2 day international air. However if you require your lanyards to be produced within the U.S, please contact us. (Additional fees may apply).
What is your return Policy?
Due to the customized natured of our product, all sales are final unless your order is received with errors. Only orders that are different from the approved digital proof are considered to have errors. Orders with errors will be returned and replaced at no additional expense. (Photographic evidence is required when filing an error claim)
